Acting Navy Secretary Modly resigns

Washington (CNN) Acting Navy Secretary Thomas Modly resigned on Tuesday, a day after leaked audio revealed he called the ousted commander of the USS Theodore Roosevelt "stupid" in an address to the ship's crew.
I may not have gone where I intended to go, but I think I have ended up where I needed to be.

I believe that it's still in Guam, with a skeleton crew. It would have host as much for the plane to fly back empty. They should have put the sickest sailors on it.
