Moppet crud
So young Jake, who is 2 on Friday, just got over type A flu, complete with Tamiflu. Now he has a double ear infection. He and sis need a break. Plus we get to share all the coughs and such...
Yes, they and we had flu shots. Quinn tested slightly positive for it but dint require Tamiflu.

They/we have had a succession of viral crap for months. What was creepy was the spiking temp, 105, at night...which precipitated the doc appt.T_Bone0806 wrote:Ugh. Speedy recoveries wished for all concerned.

Times have changed. A teacher friend has the flu, and they won't let her in the school until the doc certifies her as non-contagious. When I was in junior high, I remember a teacher with a bad cold who came in anyway. She said she couldn't afford her share of the substitute's pay.
I hope all y'all are feeling better and that whatever's going around will soon be gone. That double ear infection is the worst.

Kid crud is the worst!
