Cumberland County PA Commissioner Bruce Barclay has resigned his office following the revelation that he may have videotaped hundreds of encounters with male escorts. Apparently he had 100 to 500 of these little rendezvous saved on his computer system. Many of these gentlemen worked for an organization called Harrisburgfratboys.com, and some were aware they were being taped. Apparently, there were some men on the tapes who were not aware they were being taped. On the Vitter/Spitzer value scale, apparently Barclay fit somewhere in the middle, since he paid $1500 for one encounter.

Actually, his penchant for cinematic artistry may have helped him, since police found the home videotape system when they searched his house following a rape complaint that was lodged against him. The encounter in question happened to have been recorded, and the documentary proof, sleazy though it was, exonerated him on the rape charge. The alleged victim has now been charged with filing a false police report.
