For better or worse, the book version of "The Smoke of Africa" is basically written in the blog format. I just need to put everything together (which I am working on now) and write a few essays and add to existing ones.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that the images (including my photos) transfer very well from the blog format to Word.
I have just a handful of images that I need to source-mainly maps. What is the accepted format for doing this?
99% of the images are photos by me or Mrs Spock. I assume that a blanket sourcing in the beginning would be fine for these-ie-"Unless otherwise stated, all photographs were taken by David or Lori Wrolson."
Not sure how much other works cited I have to do. Very minimal. Cross that bridge when I get there
