For the first time in my 23 years of practice, I took a witness in front of the jury. It was the other side's damages expert. My clients and colleagues told me it went well. I was too focused on the witness and my notes to catch the jury's reaction for myself.

Trial's been going since November 1 and we've been presenting evidence since November 7. I was slated to take a couple of other witnesses on cross but the other side kept deciding not to call my witnesses. We should get the case to the jury on Thursday. --Bob

Didn't the judge consider that sort of behavior a violation of the dignity of the court or something?




Or does that phrase mean something different than what your subject line implies?

We all saw the post. It is about as misogynistic as it gets. Vulgar and rude, too.
