German-born actor best known for playing the Spanish waiter, Manuel, on Fawlty Towers. (Yes, he was German, so don't mention the war.) He was in the news in 2008 after alleged comedian Russell Brand left a number of offensive prank calls on his voicemail.
Sachs passed away on November 23 at age 86.
