28. ON THE BORDER-THE EAGLES (1974)
While "Hotel California" would probably be named as most folks' favorite Eagles album, this is mine. Maybe it's because this one
doesn't get as much attention (airplay) as the other, especially some excellent tunes like "Good Day In Hell", the title track and
"Ol' 55". They're both great records, but this gets the edge for me.

You won't have to "eat your lunch all by yourself" at the One the Border table. I'm with you!
The early albums all have a Randy Meisner-sung track (Midnight Flyer in this case) and they are like those Keith Richards-sung gems on Stones albums.
Glad to see this on in the top 30.
