(RNN) – At least 15 people are dead after a man went on a stabbing rampage in a facility that cares for the disabled in a town near Tokyo.
There are conflicting reports of the number of injured, ranging from 20 to 45.
Police received a call about 2:30 p.m. local time where it is already Tuesday.
Police arrested a 20-year-old man.
