111. THE NIGHTFLY-DONALD FAGEN (1982)
Fagen steps out from Steely Dan but doesn't stray too far from the formula. Which is good for us Dan Fans. Love the smooth
jazzy groove of his cover of "Ruby Baby" among other great tracks.

I like an occasional cut from this genre but it is just not my thing for whole albums or concerts.

This one is a definite Vandal fave. Back when folks listened to music through good sound systems (rather than headphones), this one provided several tracks of "crank it up" awesomeness. Ruby Baby, IGY and New Frontier will make your brain feel really good.
