Hmmm...the Winter Olympics were in 1994 and Tonya Harding's infamy dates to before that, so probably not likely to be popular in 1995. Tiger Woods turned pro later than 1995 so it's not him. Tough call between Monica and Judge Ito, so I'll use my 50:50 and hope those aren't the ones left.
