J! won't let me in

Worked 1/2 hour ago, but library doesn't let you stay on too long.

So I'm cooked.

Same thing happened to me. I even tried resetting my password, and it still won't let me in.

I forget what part of country you're in; I'm Boston area. Could there be some kind of regional failure?

I'm in Washington state. By the way, NOW I'm able to log in.

I couldn't log in either. I already sent them an e-mail.

And my attempts to reset password, which I know was a valid password because I used it to make sure practise test worked from this computer, gets "invalid reset code" as a response.

But the "take test" link is showing up on their front page now. Big woo. Click it, you get "no tests at this time".

I still can't log in or reset my password.

On the J! Board, some people logged in and took the test and some people didn't. My guess is that this is the first time they've used this particular sign in system (I never had to sign up for "My Jeopardy" before) and it got overloaded.

Can I ask what address you sent your complaint to? I still can't get in, also can't get password reset to take a new password.

Can't re-register as a new person with the e-mail address I used because they send me "email address already in use" (or something like that).

I feel like using my alternate e-mail address to try, try again. But I realize I probably shouldn't be doing stuff on computer when I'm this mad. Maybe tomorrow.
