Observations August 21, 2014 - Ragamuffin
Our community has grown accustomed to people who seem to be homeless panhandling at busy intersections, and new this year is an upgrade from a disreputable, ragamuffin appearance to clean clothing, often accompanied by an obviously well-fed, nicely brushed dog.
