Someone around here better be working on an ark, 'cause it's raining like crazy, and will continue to do so off and on for the next few days. Local flooding has closed roads in some areas (nothing anywhere near where we live). I just don't like waiting for the bus in the rain, getting soggy, dealing with an umbrella, etc.

From the little I understand, Noah did not sit around waiting for someone else to create the ark.

I'm just sayin'.

If it's up to me, then the world's in trouble - my carpentry skills are minimal at best. In fact in the process of dismantling the stage after our church did a production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat I managed to smash the end of one of my fingers with a hammer.

Not for the squeamish:
Spoiler
The end of my finger looked like a hot dog that has been put in the microwave and cooked too long - it split, and exposed the end of the finger bone.

Skills can be learned.

If you really got that the world depended on you to develop skills, you would.

At least that is who I think you are.

others...... not so much.
