Actor best known for his longrunning series of 7-Up Uncola commercials and for playing the villainous Baron Samedi in the James Bond film Live and Let Die. He also had a lengthy career in the theater, winning a Tony for directing the original Broadway version of The Wiz.

Loved that voice. Didn't he also play Asp in the movie version of "Annie"?

Holder played Punjab in Annie. One of his best performances came at the 1990 Oscars when he sang "Kiss the Girl" and "Under the Sea" from Little Mermaid. Unfortunately, Disney has been successful at pulling the video off YouTube and most embedded video sites and I haven't been able to find a link to it.
