I know how you feel. In 13 months my daughter will be (I can't believe I'm typing this) 30.

And happy birthday, Big J.

I don't mean to give you anything else to worry about, but what is the drinking age in British Columbia?

Wow. Hard to believe that the kid I've seen you post so many times about over the years is 20.

He's not far away now from how old I was when I first posted on the Bored, on GO, back in the summer of 2000. For those that weren't around then, the Bored was primarily the domain of folks in their 30's and 40's, but lb13, Corn and I were the token 20-somethings during the Bored's first few years (2000-2002). There were certainly others that came and went, and it's possible that I'm forgetting someone else, but the three of us were, I would say, the most visible youngsters on the Bored then. When I first posted in the summer of 2000, I was 24. I believe lb13 would have been 25 at that time, and Corn (I think) was 23. To find out that the Big J (who would have been 6 at the time) has now reached his 20's.....well, yeah, that makes me feel a little old too, lol.

Saucy, did you ever find out what happened to Wee Jamie, that adorable and mischievous little boy who used to live with you until someone suddenly took him away and replaced him with the mysterious and grown-up Big J?

Happy 20th year to him, however he appeared on the scene.

I've already said it on Evil Facebook, but I'll repeat it here.

Happy birthday, Big J!

Add me to the list of people who can't understand how the Bored young'uns have gotten so old.

Well, I was 24 when I first delurked.... which was 14 years ago today. Me and Big J (nee Wee J) always shared this special day....

And I sure didn't need this to make me feel old as dirt already.....

Happy 20th to Big J!

Brainstorming on other twenty-somethings at the time on the Go side (not including those who mainly posted in the GC in that era), you can add indigo, and I believe wild bill (if the 76 was for his birth year, which I think it was)...
