Observations May 23, 2014 - Preterit

I wish I had known when I was a kid how much easier it is to learn a new language before you hit your mid-teens or so; then maybe the Spanish preterit wouldn't have perplexed me so much in my 40s.

I remember that word from when I took Spanish in high school.

I'd always seen that word spelled "preterite." --Bob
