Sequence: Reverse order of rules as mentioned in Chuck Palahniuk's book Fight Club. Of course, Rule #1 is the same as Rule #2, which is why I didn't start the sequence with Rule #4.

This was a semi-stumper. Most of you knew the category, but nobody knew what was fourth. Sequence: Longest running American lottery game shows, in increasing order of years. Ohio's "Cash Explosion" has been on the air for over 25 years and is the only weekly lottery game show on the air today.
