Observations Backlog 722 - Yuppify
The neighborhood I live in can probably be described as being in a constant state of yuppification; as soon as one generation gets the children raised, retires, and moves on to smaller quarters or warmer climes, the next generation of young, upwardly-mobile professionals moves in.
