Observations Backlog 719 - Viva voce
The State of Colorado has not yet seen fit to overhaul the caucus/assembly process, so we still have an enjoyable gathering with people of similar political views, where we drink coffee and munch delicious pastries, present resolutions, nominate candidates, and vote viva voce in mostly enthusiastic affirmation of said resolutions and candidates.
