I think annie has a brighter future in opera as opposed to blogging. Or maybe clogging.

I thought about starting a blog, but everybody and their two-footers are doing that. Then they get tired of it.

I will never get tired of opera.

I don't clog, though. Neither does my mom.

Does it annoy you when people think your mom clogs?

It doesn't bother me. When my mom has taken me to the park to watch dancy things, I've met some very nice cloggers who gave me pets. They are my friends, although I don't think I could do it because of my stiff leg and also because I don't have clangy tap shoes. Now -- this gets confusing-- I think my mom doesn't think clogging and Irish dancing are the same, but Mr. Uly pretends not to see a difference, and Mr. Uly thinks it bugs my mom, so he likes to do that a lot because he's a jokey sort of guy, so my mom uses that as an excuse to bug him about other stuff, because she is kind of twisted in her own way. Two-footers are complicated.

LOL - You are a very perceptive girl. Two-footers are complicated, indeed.

"clog dance: a dance performed while wearing shoes with wooden soles; has heavy stamping steps"

This sounds pretty close to Irish dancing, except I know there aren't wooden soles on the shoes of Irish dancers. However, I didn't think clog dancers had wooden soles either. Those shoes must weigh ton!

This has nothing to do with the dancing, Miss Kay, but I hope all goes well with the shindig.

And, the Irish dancing isn't that heavy. It's just staccato. It strikes me as heavy stamping on the dancers' brains, though.
Well, then

Thanks for the well wishes. I have a great wedding planner. She brought by typed out schedules for everyone today, so no snafus are allowed as it is all in writing!

The weather appears to be willing to cooperate. I will report in late tomorrow night, assuming I'm still alive and well. :D
