Observations Backlog 712 - Duende
When I was a kid, it seemed to me somewhat unfair that the nice looking kids oozing duende would always win school elections, and now, it seems really unfair, where a highly qualified candidate may not win an election for treasurer because the other candidate has lots of charm and charisma.
