Observations Backlog 704 - Vade mecum
When I had the honor of meeting Barbara Jordon a long time ago, the subject of her vade mecum (a copy of the U.S. Constitution) didn't come up; nevertheless, for a while after that, I copied the practice until I quit carrying a purse.
