C and D
so all he has to do is decide between

. He thinks he knows what he has to go with and selects
B
as his final answer.
Answer: C (lighters)
Evan leaves with nothing.

I suppose Evan's too young to know Bic was a leading producer of
lighters.

Still is, at least from what I saw when I was attending classes at the college. The Bic lighters are small and light enough that the students slip them inside the cellophane wrapping with just the top taken off.

Interesting that this was not the next question in the previous contestant's stack (the category being "Star Substitute"), but presumably the last one (the category being "Flick it Good").
