I am wearing a sweater.

But if I had known it was his birthday, I'd have worn a cardigan.

Does a Disney sweatshirt count?

In Fred's honor I went next door to my neighbor's house and told him I liked him just the way he was and asked if he'd like to take a ride on the magic trolley.

I am wearing a black sweater.

It's part of the suburban mom uniform. We always seem to wear black tops and jeans when we work at school events. Today I volunteered at a teacher appreciation lunch at Maddie's school, put on by the drama department and the other mom who came to help wore the same outfit, a black sweater and jeans.

I did -- I wore my favorite purple cardigan that SteelersFanSis gave me several years ago.

She should come visit.
