For the past several years, I have tried to think of something I could write about (Blog format) that has some direction and focus and may be somewhat unique. I have no interest in a general political blog or anything like that.
I have really enjoyed blogging about the Africa trip, but obviously that ends at some point even If I include various off-topic essays.
However, the whole thought process involved really started pointing me in a direction I might be able to go, however, at that point it was a little more limited in scope than I liked. However, things started clicking and voila'.
They say "Write what you know" and I think I found it.

This was obviously my first post so it is pretty raw-as far as attempted generalizations and so forth-I don't have the right way to say what I want to say yet.
