Picked up some used oilfield pipe today for some fencing and related type projects.
The owner of the yard told me that they sell a kit for a very popular gate size.
He said a high-school senior picks up 100 kits every 2 weeks. He welds them together and whatnot and marks his price up $100. Sells through Craig's List. He clears at least $50 a gate so we are looking at a cool $10,000 a month and maybe even more for a high-school senior.
