I *think* I did well - most were in my wheelhouse too.

I definitely missed 3, including Mamet which is totally ticking me off since we were talking about Glengarry Glen Ross during tonight's show, because of the Glengarry hat clue! When it popped up on the test I completely blanked on the guy's name.

Also missed Homeland (never seen it, couldn't think of the name) and Sugar Bowl (don't pay much attention to college ball.)

Other than those, I feel pretty good! Will have to wait for the recaps to refresh my memory on the rest of it

I'm comforted to know that I'm not the only one to blank out things that I know perfectly well at 2:12 p.m. on any given Sunday afternoon. Like you, VAdame, I missed Mamet and Homeland, which I've never seen. Most embarassingly, I faced mental paralysis in trying to come up with the actress in Casablanca. Sheesh! A couple of things I just plain didn't know -- such as the Danish explorer. Yes, I am familiar with his name, thank you very much, but I do not recall ever reading that he was affiliated with P. the G. On the other hand, I made a few lucky eeny-meeny-miney-mo guesses that were correct.

Actually, it's probable that the outcome of my test doesn't matter, as I had picked an audition city that will no doubt be canceled. I've done that at least twice in previous years. It's a gift.

Would somebody be kind enough to post a link to the J! board where the test recaps will be posted? I lost my bookmark when I got a new computer. Thanks!

Dammit-you burst my bubble-LOL-OK not quite as good as I thought.

Mamet, Sugar Bowl, and the Massachusets settlement question are the 3 that I can think of missing.

44 out of 50 when it counted, that's assuming whatever I put down for the Planck question is wrong and I don't remember what it was.

Three of them I changed from right to wrong... pretty good trick in 15 seconds.

Someone posted a screencap/video on the J! board, so I just reviewed it.

I missed 8 - hopefully above the cutoff?

I think the Planck thing is a Quantum (I said Electron).

I never heard of Blue Jasmine, and I kept mixing it up with Blue is the Warmest Color and wondered why a (presumably) well known acTOR (male, I assume) would be in a lesbian movie! Meh. It's Woody Allen, and the other movie was indeed directed by a dude (but the book was written by a woman!)

Diet Revolution is Atkins, not Oz.

Vegas Casino guy is Steve Wynn, not Trump (sorry, gambling bores me silly & I don't pay any attention to casinos.)

American Son is Marco Rubio, who for some reason I always conflate with Ted Cruz - & I knew HE wasn't right but couldn't think of the other guy's name.

Holy cow, I just looked at my avatar - remembering how LITTLE Daymon was when he was born! Will post a recent pic in a minute (he's a moose!)

It's Vitus Bering.

I was lucky on the Girl Who Kicked the Hornets Nest one -- kept wavering between Swedish/Norwegian, and then remembered she was "A grown-up Pippi Longstocking!" Who I know perfectly well is SWEDISH!

Hello Bored! A decent testing night here, 39 depending on spelling. And a couple stupid blanks that came to me a minute too late, like Rubio. Knew the casino from my trip to Vegas last summer.
Keeping fingers crossed!

Ended up missing 7 cold-3 additional probably

15-for "Titian Red" I put Tintian

16)-For Lady Macbeth-I put "Mrs. Macbeth"-fell into the trap of trying to think of her first name and ran out of time

17) For "Reign of Terror"-I put "The Terror"

44 here, I had thought initially I had maybe 40, but I apparently guessed well.

Taking the test from the video at the J! board I would have scored 42 (better than the 38 on the real test). But I don't put much stock in that score because there was no pressure.
