The article mentions something I hadn't realized. Her sister, Olivia de Havilland (97), is still alive and living in Paris. A former co-worker of mine was obsessed with OdH. I watched several OdH (and JF) movies at his place.

They were an amazing pair. Rest in peace, Ms. Fontaine.

I imagine that Joaquin and Rivver Phoenix would have been like that someday -- each famous in his own right but also remembered as a powerhouse sibling.

Ironically Olivia the only major character to die in Gone withthe Wind is the only one still alive
