Canada students slipping in math and science

US is in the mid 20's Canada is around 11 if you count China only once

It would be interesting to see the Chinese scores if they used rural areas and not only major cities

I read just yesterday that China has been fudging their numbers
Now that was the news flash of the week wasn't it
