Keith had to sing it several times, before he got a count of the phrase he was confident in. After one attempt, he came up with an answer of five, to which Cedric replied "That's not a number. That's not one of the choices."

BTW, Cedric couldn't just keep quiet while Keith was trying to work it out in song; instead, he accompanied Keith in a mumbling sort of harmony. I wish someone would tell him that he doesn't have to make every contemplation of a question into a running comedy routine. :x

This was amusing to watch - he ran through the song several times but miscounted - once he came up with "3" and once with "5" but neither of those was a choice.
