Did you ever get to the Amazing Race finale party this year? I wanted to, but had a little game party b/w the Giants and Packers I needed to host

Hey, thanks, Moonie!moonie wrote:Did you ever get to the Amazing Race finale party this year? I wanted to, but had a little game party b/w the Giants and Packers I needed to host
Yeah, I went again, though this one was a lot more low-key than in past seasons. Part of it was the time of year, another that it followed the All-Stars season, and perhaps most important, CBS only flew in the winners for the next day's Early Show, instead of several (or all) teams as in the past. At least Phil was there again, though. And after the finale, we were able to watch the 4th quarter and overtime at the bar.

Now the All-Stars season finale? That was a lot of fun. Got to hang out with a lot of the racers at the party and the luncheon both.

Who are you and should I know the answer to that question?
I remember once he was in a hotel room in Philly covered in females. The photographic evidence is probably still out there, somewhere, & Harv is probably still trying to find a phone charger

Hi, Kay!kayrharris wrote:Hey Mark! You still singin'? My group is getting ready to do an Easter performance of Messiah. I know your kids are probably all grown up. Hope they are doing well. Good to see you here! Kay
Who me, still singing? I couldn't live without it.

Speaking of choir, here's an article about a very exciting project of ours from last fall (be sure to click on the "online extras: audio slideshow" to the left; it's very cool):
Christ Church story
Kids are doing ok... some struggles, but things are coming around. How're your girls?

I am someone who you will either find as annoying and abrasive and arrogant or funny and straight-talking and supportive.mcd1400de wrote:Ok!peacock2121 wrote:My kinda guy!eyégor wrote: He's Mark Dixon, WWTBAM contestant from a prior century.

So who are you?
If you are read enough of my stuff, you will pretty much fall into one of those catagories. Although, I am told that there are a few who have little or no reaction to me - which still shocks and amazes me.
Who I think I am is fun-loving, perceptive, straight-talking and interested in making a difference.
