I'm at 3 pm on Monday. There may be other times and days testing.
I'll definitely start watching both shows every day now!

Re: J! audition
The lights are activated by a person who reacts to Alex's finishing the clue. If you can get that rhythm, you're fine. You need to read the clue faster than Alex does. Then you just wait to pounce. I found that my at-home practice of Alex timing was pretty accurate once I was exposed to the lights. My math was sucky, but my buzzering was pretty good.Peter5858 wrote:As I understand it, though, they have lights on the perimeter of the board that light up as soon as the question has been read, enabling the buzzers. How do you practice for that? It's one thing to practice clicking at the end of the reading of the question, but does that have the potential to cause you to buzz too early (or too late), as the circuit is presumably governed by the light and not the voice?
The book Prisoner of Trebekistan by Bob Harris is most helpful.
