30 Rockefeller Plaza is where Meredith works at her day job. You'd think New Yorkers, even from Staten Island, would have heard of it.

I don't know why Meredith felt the need not to give their surnames. But thank you, jarnon, for finding them for us.

*sigh*... two New Yorkers have never heard of 30 Rockefeller Plaza?

$4K: I would've been gone on this question. I said the Mediterranean.

Such sacrifices people are willing to make for a free wedding.

<Sigh> A disastrous PAF call but they were saved by a lucky break on the 50/50. For me, it was a nihil obstat® stack.

And thank you, too, jarnon. (I read 15QA's thread before seeing your post.)

Was there an official press release or something with their names in it?

Ah. Here--in the middle of a long column mostly talking about The Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Gauntlet 3-- is a blurb that mentions Akiyomi and Simone by their full names.

http://www.silive.com/entertainment/tvf ... ned_7.html

BTW, is anyone else curious how Akiyomi got his first name? It certainly sounds Japanese to me.

Akiyomi and Simone got a longer post-airing article today:

http://www.silive.com/entertainment/tvf ... ned_8.html
After watching the first couple win $16,000, engaged Staten Islanders Akiyomi Fields and Simone McMurry (Akiyomi is technically from Brooklyn) got their chance in the hot seat on a special "Wedding Week" edition of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire."
Nice geographic distinction there, Staten Island Live, but you're all still Where Else! :P

Well now, that was a fairly weak effort.

Seemed like a pretty easy set of Q's to this point. I guess they don't watch much TV.

Good for them.

Except in this case...

well, thank y'all for posting this one. I'm pretty sure their last Q is the one Romney resigned during. What can I say, it was "break into the show-worthy" in Massachusetts.

So far so good for me
