1.  I fell for the distractor of "Sam and Delilah" because Cher has long hair.  I'd be using JTQ here. 2. this was easy for me.  I once read up on Lyme disease and this was listed as a symptom.3. easy.4. Here goes my second JTQ.  I had no idea as to the right answer-all of them could scare an enemy.  5. ATA. Sports is NOT my thing.
6.
I'm just a game show nerd.

Not a bad guess but if you can picture Cher's early hair style it was cut in a fashion that was reminiscient of Cleopatra (IIRC).

A similar question could have been, what was the name that Simon and Garfunkel used when they first started performing together, it was also a common paring of first names that was very well known for a different reason.

Here are some hints and/or possible other questions:

Paul Simon referenced one of the names in a song on their last album before their break-up - knowning the song will tell you which name belonged to Paul and which name belonged to Art. The song wishes Art good luck as he branched out into a new career move, so what was the name of the song, what was its first line and what was the new career move that Art was about to take up?

I would have had to use a lifeline on this one and maybe two. I'd start with ATA and be ready with JTQ if the results didn't indicate a single strong answer.

Well, they were first known as "Tom and Jerry". No idea as to the other questions.
