The Unforgettable hit peaked in the teens in Summer 1991, despite the album selling millions and winning multiple Grammys. Producer David Foster said, perhaps exaggerating, in an interview during Natalie COle's Behind the Music on VH1, that people bought multiple copies of the album

Gotta admit Q3 was a head scratcher for me. The Erie Canal never occured to me. But he gets that one and then he has to waste the ATA for the next one?

That one took some thinking for me, too. And the "depiction" of the Erie Canal is fairly subtle, at that; it's basically just a line etched across the state outline.

Image

Even the official description of the coin's reverse from the U.S. Mint doesn't mention the canal.
Reverse Description:
Released on January 2, 2001, this is the 11th coin released in the 50 State® Quarter Program and the first released in 2001. New York, admitted into the Union on July 26, 1788, themed the coin, Gateway to Freedom. It highlighted an image of the Statue of Liberty, the state outline, and 11 stars that represents its position when admitted into the Union. The coin is inscribed: Gateway to Freedom; New York; 1788; 2001; and E Pluribus Unum. President William J. Clinton was in office when this legislation was signed. Three United States Mint Directors served under President Clinton's tenure; David J. Ryder of Idaho, Philip N. Diehl of Texas, and Jay W. Johnson of Wisconsin.
So, uhhh, yeah, but...

I guessed this one but it was an educated guess. A and C don't sound like game show titles, and while D might be, the more probable answer is B.

Too bad he didn't realize that this was the second-lowest question and therefore one would expect an obvious answer.

There was a FJ! question that was similar to this, IIRC. At least one of the contestants said "Unforgettable" and Alex said that was wrong.

Your educated guess was wrong, then.

My guesses are good, it's my logic (and typing) that leave something to be desired.
