top o' the mornin'®

Getting a late start today because of a transportation issue. Today is the fiscal year-end for elwing's company and she will be working late. I need the car because I have a meeting to attend this evening, so I was going to drive to work. Usually this wouldn't be a problem since elwing rides with my second son, who works at the same place. However he's sick, so he didn't go to work today, meaning I had to wait until elwing's time to go to work, take her, then drive downtown to my office. And this evening should be fun, too, since the weather forecast is for rain and freezing rain, turning to snow, then back to freezing rain by morning.

They're calling for 5-7 inches of snow here, starting in the early afternoon.

I love snow, but why does it always have to fall on my weekend....?

It's a lot more convenient on a weekend than when you have to drive to/from work in the stuff. Just stay home!

You can always spend some time here, if you get bored. :P

The storm is supposed to arrive here around midnight. Tomorrow's commute might be interesting.

We get 67 degrees and thunderstorms. It's in the 30's now. This has been such a rollercoaster month for temperatures, but it will settle into the mid-50's for a good stretch next week. I can live with that.

But this psycho weather is good for business!
We're coming to take you away, ha ha!

Driving to work in it doesn't bother me. It's not like I have a long drive anyway. But I hate being hampered while I'm off since that's when I do the majority of my running around. All I do during the workweek is go to work then come home and sleep.... :P

But I'll probably be following your suggestion. I guess I'll have to do the rankings this evening that didn't get sone last night since I had such an early appointment this morning....

That's warm in Vienna for this time of the year!
