Are there any sites...
...that shrink animated gifs and keep them animated?
I have many animated gifs that I can rotate thru to become my avatar...but some of them are large (of course, my current one is using photobucket's bandwidth and not this site's).

Yes, it's too big. It's 250 x 272. Since this board's settings don't allow avatars larger than 200 x 200, I don't know how you managed to get this one past that limit.
