I've never heard of "Raki techniques". When her hometown was listed I thought of the movie of the same name.

Wow! I'm good through the whole stack. Kudos for the expert - he's done a much better job this week than most of the celebrity/news people. He hasn't done the best job of "selling" his answers but he has been right every time so far.

Once again, Terry nailed the answer and was afraid to fully back it up. If there's a 25% chance that the Air Force, CIA or Secret Service began with some service using ships, how would you divide that up, Terry? Would you be willing to risk entirely eliminating any of those answers? And do you have any thoughts about the "Revenue" part of the name? Could it maybe have something to do with ships collecting tariffs?
