Meredith invites the contestants to come out on the floor and the audience to stand up and dance. They dance to “ U Can’t Touch This.”

Awww. The press release implied that the audience would join in the dancing on the floor, but they just clapped along from the bleachers.

Two interesting things about this dance performance, though:

1. It breaks the established rule about having the contestants confined to the green room until it's their turn to go on deck.

2. They usually have more people waiting in the green room than they'll have time for in this theme week, so we'll probably never see a couple of those dancers in the Hot Seat, unless they're invited back for an regular episode.

Not only that but Mere said as much at the beginning of the show. Maybe it'll happen at the end of the week.
