Juno Soundtrack

I had to go to three stores to find it, but I finally found the Juno Soundtrack today. There really isn't a bad song on it.

Considering how much I typically agree with you, it's surprising to hear this. I thought the score/soundtrack of "Juno" was one of its worst features. Especially considering how much Juno talks about being a punk goddess, but the soundtrack (and her final scene with Beeker) have this awful singer-songwriter acoustic crap as it's background? There's so much GOOD singer-songwriter acoustic stuff out there...I just didn't think they used any of it, and even if they had, it STILL would have been out of place.
There is something wrong in a government where they who do the most have the least. There is something wrong when honesty wears a rag, and rascality a robe; when the loving, the tender, eat a crust while the infamous sit at banquets.

I like the acoustic stuff. It's very White Stripesesque and sweet. I really think that it set a nice tone for the movie. Even though Juno talks about the punk rock and seems harsh, deep down I think that she is very innocent and idealistic and the songs sort of convey that idea.
