Kara is a graphic designer and partner with her husband in a rock band (making her a WE/WE (TM)- insert grumbles (TM) here). They show a picture of Kara’s 14-month-old daughter Clementine. Clementine has inherited the family’s musical skills…every morning they have “Dance Party” where Clementine beats the drum and they “boogie down”.

Kara has now earned the ATE lifeline, the right to call upon Ken Jennings.

Might this post be for today's show (10/23)? If so, congrats to the Transcript Team for your fast work.

If not, the transcriber may be suffering from "chrono displacement."

No offense, but who in her right mind would name a daughter "Clementine"? Isn't that a little old-fashioned?

I didn't realize that McCain was responsible for "earmark" as applied to spending bills (assuming that's what the gist of the question was). I suppose that Kara didn't know of this usage. Had I been in her place, I'd have gone with lifelines, starting with PAF.
