I've never been to a racetrack in my life, but I still know the terms exacta (2 horses) and trifecta (3 horses) to eliminate the first two choices. In watching the Kentucky Derby every year, I have never seen a bet for the top 5 horses, but have seen one for the top 4.
So I play on.

Do regular people actually drive in NYC? Or maybe traffic on Staten Island isn't the same as in Manhattan.

With no lifelines I thought she might be a "one-and-done". The only reason I know this is because it's talked about at Derby time every year (exacta, trifecta, superfecta, etc.).
