Endorses Mike Huckabee

Endorsed for what? The Texas Primary? The candidates will be decided long before that. Or is the Dallas newspaper trying to tell people in Iowa and New Hampshire how to vote?

I wouldn't be so sure that the nominee for the Republicans will be decided by March 4th.

Some of these newspaper endorsements are very strange. They are endorsing two completely different kinds of candidates for the two different races. I would rather that they take a completely partisan stand if they are gong to make endorsements.

Of course, I'm also a believer that party partisans should make their own party's choices which I know is against the modern "let's get the two best candidates" trend.
