What happened to me made me giggle...

#1 Post by otherindigo » Fri Dec 21, 2007 7:20 pm

So I was at Best Buy looking for a USB microphone and needed advice on if I should get the headphone/mic set or just a mic. They had some USB mics for XBox360, and so I just needed some techie type help.
Long story short, Best Buy dude comes up to me and offers assistance. He asks me some loaded questions like, "So this is for you and your b/f to use right?" Yeah I kind of got the hint. And I'm leaving a TON of conversation out. Instead of having me check out in the "regular" line, he "checks me out" at another register for computers and says, "Here's your receipt. If it doesn't work, here's my number. You can call me and holler at me, or you can just call me to talk." *giggle*

I still got my mojo. heh heh

Soooooo... What should I do? I'm so clueless. I mean I thought the guy asked for the girl's number. Have things changed THAT much?

Who cares? If you're interested (and it seems that you are), call him. I honestly don't see the problem here. --Bob

I'll bet he heard you sing Total Eclipse of the Heart.

I certainly can see why he would want you to call him.

Go for it. If nothing else, you might just have a fun time.

If he interests you - call him.

If not, just put it in the bank for those days when you feel undesirable and make a withdrawal.

My own personal take . . .

This young man doesn't want to come on like a stalker, or overly aggressive. He is giving you the option to call him, and would be receptive if you did.

I think he sounds like a good guy, with excellent taste. So, call him, already!
