Well, that was interesting

We had a nice 1.5 hour power interruption where there were arcs at not one, but two substations in the area.

I thought for sure we'd be out of power for several hours, but that was quick work by the electric company!

Luckily, it was a nice day- we all went out for a walk and saw all our neighbors....who of course were also outside, as there was nothing to do inside.

I lean towards it being a forced outage, since none of us evil, resource-wasting conservatives that live in the area observed Earth Hour last night!
