I'm way out of the loop on this one. Are you no longer living in NY or is the FL home a snowbird type of deal? For selfish purposes, I'm hoping you are living in both places. I don't think the Fishie hole can be moved!

The description says that the property type is a "penthouse". I always thought penthouses were higher up? :?

Maybe it's on the high side of Florida.
