A belated Happy Birthday wish.
Suitguy is not bitter.
feels he represents the many educated and rational onlookers who believe that the hysterical denouncement of lay scepticism is both unwarranted and counter-productive
The problem, then, is that such calls do not address an opposition audience so much as they signal virtue. They talk past those who need convincing. They ignore actual facts and counterargument. And they are irreparably smug.

I am certain that Kay reached the big 4-0.
This conviction is my birthday gift to her.

Missed this the first time through.
Many happy returns, Kay.
And thanks to Jusy for bumping it back up for me.

Let me add my congrats as well, Kay on reaching your "milestone" birthday. Just remember, I'm still older than you.
Hope this posts as it wouldn't work last night.

Thanks Ellen! My sister is 14 months older than me and she called to welcome me into the same decade. She hates it when she hits the milestone first and I get to be "younger" for that long drawn out period of time.

Thanks Moonie and Ghost. Late is never a problem with me. It's sorta my motto.
