And a good time was had by all. The two cakes GW made were well-consumed, despite being served after all the other desserts were put out (and there were many - this was similar to a family Thanksgiving where everyone bakes.). The remainder of the super-chocolate cake (18 oz. of chocolate and 1-1/2 cups of heavy cream among the ingredients) went home with others. We are genetically a family of chocoholics. And one of the most addicted of the family wasn't even there.

I am so full, and have consumed so many calories, that I shouldn't eat until Tuesday at the earliest. I am also tired, though not so tired as to mess up Sploofus tonight. For one brief shining moment, I'm at the top of the list at the midmonth point.
