Got my new hip today

#1 Post by BackInTex » Mon Mar 02, 2009 5:37 pm

Using my blackberry to post + little loopy so bear with me.

Arrived at the hospital at 6am
Surgery at 7:30
Surgery lasted until about 11:30
Left recovery at 1:30 and delivered to my room
Helga came by at 4:00 and worked my leg
Made me stand up but was too dizzy for anything else
Tomorrow she promosed I'd be really busy

Had some pain but got a little morphine and am now comfortable

Worse thing? An old tv that canges channels only one way so if you pass a channel you have to cycle all the way around to get back.

Should go home Wed or Thur

I will post more then

I hope it goes as well as Melly's did.

Sorry to have forgotten this event with not going to work today. I had a note on my desk at work.
