This is a blatant promotion for our very own [southnyack42's] second annual PENGUIN PLUNGE fundraiser! The event is on Sunday, and you can watch crazy [southnyack42] and 20 or 30 other people (maybe YOU?) take a plunge in the Hudson to raise money for a worthy cause. Please share the announcement........

I'll simply add that the Hudson is a pretty long river, so perhaps a more precise location might have been helpful in that promo.

This is something I could never do. I saw them do this on an episode of TAR several years back and told Lady G that that was one challenge I would have to pass on. I'd sooner parachute from a plane (and this is the one thing I told them I'd be scared to death to do).

I will not be going into the water.

There will be astroturf on the ground to avoid the slime and rocks and such on the shore.

I still won't be going in.
